关于开展2025年秋季硕士研究生中期检查工作的通知

中期检查是硕士研究生培养的重要环节，是提高硕士研究生培养质量的重要措施和保障。根据《beat365唯一官网硕士研究生培养工作规定》（校研【2025】5号），按照《beat365唯一官网硕士研究生培养环节（开题答辩、中期检查）实施细则》（院发〔2024〕04号，以下简称《实施细则》）相关要求，现将学院2025年秋中期检查工作通知如下。

一、考核对象

此次为年度第二次中期检查，原则上只安排前次中期检查未过者的考核，不安排新申请的中期检查。所有预计在2026年毕业的硕士，如前期还没参加中期检查，本次需要参加。

硕士申请参加中期检查的基本条件：

1. 课程学习全部结束且成绩合格；

2. 已通过开题答辩（含纸面材料提交和系统流程审批）；

3. 完成《中期进展报告》，经导师审查，同意该生参加中期检查。

二、考核时间

即日起-11月15日 具体时间由各系自行确定。

三、考核程序

硕士中期检查由各系组织，各系可根据参加人数划分为若干组进行。具体程序参看《实施细则》相关说明。

四、补充说明

1. 硕士需要在研究生培养系统中“论文中期答辩”版块提交申请；同时还需要提交纸面版《中期进展报告》和《硕士生中期筛选考核表》给导师审核及填写。导师在填写考核意见时不能简单写”同意”,要有一些具体的评价意见；

2. 硕士在填写《硕士生中期筛选考核表》时，还需要填写学科成绩，研究生科后续集中审核成绩。“政治思想表现”暂时不填，学工组后续集中填写；

3. 答辩秘书在《硕士生中期筛选汇总表》上统计汇总本小组的考核成绩，并具体指定本小组的某同学集中交全组材料。同时答辩秘书还需要在系统中完整填写答辩情况及审批流程；

4. 交材料要求：各考核小组请于11月20日前交以下材料至研究生科存档（南一楼中307）：全组《硕士生中期筛选汇总表》1份、每位硕士的中期进展报告1份+《硕士生中期筛选考核表》1份+《研究生科研能力评议表》5份。

1. Have completed all required coursework with passing grades.

2. Have passed the thesis proposal defense (including submission of all required documents and approval via the system workflow).

3. Have prepared a Mid-term Progress Reportreviewed and approved by their academic supervisor, who consents to the student participating in the assessment.

• Period: From now until November 15, 2025.

• Specific Dates: Will be determined independently by each respective Department.

1. Student Application: Students must submit an application through the "Mid-term Thesis Defense" section of the Graduate Student Training System （http://yjspy.hust.edu.cn/）. Concurrently, they must submit hard copies of the Mid-term Progress Reportand the Master's Student Mid-term Assessment Formto their supervisor for review and comments. Supervisors must provide specific evaluative comments in the assessment section; simply writing "Agree" is not sufficient.

2. Form Completion: When filling out the Master's Student Mid-term Assessment Form, students must include their academic record/course grades. The Graduate Office will subsequently verify these grades centrally. The section for "Political and Ideological Performance" should be left blank for now; it will be filled out centrally by the Student Affairs Office later.

3. Secretary's Duties: The defense secretary for each panel is responsible for recording the assessment results in the Master's Student Mid-term Assessment Summary Sheet. The secretary should designate one student from the panel to collect and submit all materials for the entire group. Furthermore, the secretary must fully complete the defense records and approval workflow within the system.

4. Document Submission: Each assessment panel must submit the following materials to the Graduate Office (Room 307 Central, South No.1 Building) for archiving by November 20, 2025:

• One (1) Mid-term Progress Report

• One (1) Master's Student Mid-term Assessment Form

• Five (5) copies of the Graduate Student Research Capability Evaluation Form

• One (1) Master's Student Mid-term Assessment Summary Sheetfor the entire panel.

• For each Master's student:
